Our SCM Cloud is a Suite of applications designed for supply chains, which includes Enterprise resource planning (ERP), Warehouse management system (WMS), Fleet management system (FMS), HR & Finance management and other related products.
We include a Service Level Agreement (SLA), along with each of our cloud products. Although we wish and do everything to provide a 100% SLA to our clients, we are realistic. Our SLA guarantees 99.90% uptime for all our products.
Not at all! You can run idvantex WMS or any of our applications if you have internet connection and a device capable of handling powerful web applications through a web browser.
Alternatively, an iOS/Android device where you can install the application for free.
